Well done. This so brings me back in the day and its really a great addition to my iPad cheers. And the update to HD is all round a great welcome to a classic. So can you do space quest next?

This was one of the most influential games, back in the day. Its really hard but so much fun. Thanks for bringing this wonderful game back and congratulations on 20 years.

The gameplay is on point ! But where is the epic music during the gameplay??? The music was the most memorable part of the whole game for me!!! Please make an update WITH MUSIC!!! ITS NOT THE SAME

This game is just amazing game. I never played this game before I got this. The only thing is that there should be music.

Dotemu did a fantastic job of porting and updating this title. My only gripe is that both the touch and joystick controls are absolutely terrible. I managed to beat the game, but it was a big struggle to do given how often my hand covered the screen. A shame for that to be such a big blemish on an otherwise amazing title.

5 bucks to play 5 seconds before crashing. Good deal.

Another World is an amazing game! The new updated graphics looks great and story is still sharp after all these years due to its simplicity. My only complaint is about the control... sometimes, it becomes hard to accurately control the character with both control scheme. Even with that shortcoming and the short length of the game in mind, its totally worth the price tag!

Needs some music, but otherwise it is spot on!

The controls are terrible and so is the checkpoint system. I was playing the sane 5 minutes of game for an hour because he cant freaking jump!

I actually am more impressed with the game now than I was playing it on my PC 20 years ago - and I was pretty impressed. I believe this was the first to tell a story in that minimalist Half Life sort of way. Aside from the trip down memory lane, this is one of the better games you can download for your iPad. I dont believe its too hard, but it is a nice mix of challenge and pacing. You die often but its almost part of the game and it doesnt send you way back usually. $4.99 might be a little high for the length of the game relative to others but its also a better game than many others out there. Short story, download and you wont regret it.

for a new player of this game, its really annoying dying and redoing the same levels again and again. ugh. maybe 20 years ago this was the norm, but now its just boring.

Such a fantastic game but I can no longer proceed though the palace level. The hole that has to be blasted in the ground just doesnt appear

Absolutely wonderful game from head to toe. This is an older game so dont expect a hold-your-hand, checkpoint-every-3minutes experience. You will lose a bunch of times over the same part but the game is not hard at all. Its just everything has to be timed perfectly or else its game over. The music and sound effects of the highest quality. There is no talking in the game but you still understand everything that is going on. My only gripe with the game is that its really short. Less than 2 hours on your first play through (depending on how many times you lose) and once you get good and you know where to go 45 mins max. But its probably the best 3/4-2 hours available on the iPad. In short you gotta buy this game. *Spoiler Alert* When you interact with the black tentacle things at the beginning of the game holding down and pressing the action button is the quickest way to dispatch them. Its just that Ive seen people trying to jump over them and it just makes it harder on you.

The game is a reasonable port, but it isnt really approachable by todays standards. You are left to repeat segments as you keep dying with no hint as to how you should proceed. Yes there is atmosphere, but todays gamers arent use to finding out how to play the game. Id say unless you already know you love it, or really watched vids if the gameplay, skip it.

I was so pleased when I saw this game!! The controls are useable, the puzzles are still super demanding! I love it; now I want Flashback!!
